At Century Audio Visual, we follow a unique design/build process.
We create dialogue and brainstorm with our clients to let ideas flow freely, with no bias, in order to achieve a working prototype for a solution. Once high-level budgets are in place, we move to the proof of concept stage.
We partner with our manufacturers who support our clients’ needs to temporarily install or provide trial equipment to our clients, or, completely stage and bench test complete systems in our technology lab before any major capex spends. This allows us to be vendor-agnostic in our approach and select the right equipment based on viability, purpose/function, risk/reliability, and overall value.
Collaborate & Design
We complete a thorough management assessment and collaborate with project stakeholders, IT professionals, architects, designers and electrical/mechanical engineering teams. Then we design, based on our findings.
With solidified budgets in hand, we begin project management coordination, skilled resource deployment and provide constructive solutions to obstacles impeding progress during a project. We partner with all trades to form a cohesive solutions team.
As a project comes to a close, we create detailed project documentation, system manuals and information spreadsheets. Our documentation helps everyone to understand system topology and move toward system serviceability. Our control system source code is owned by the client to use in the system, perpetually, as a single license.
We provide guidance and in-depth systems training. We assist clients to create custom how-to documentation for end-users, when required. Our goal is to empower the end-user to feel comfortable and informed when using technology.
